Garlic Kingdom Australia (previously also known as Badja Forest Farm) welcomes everyone who is keen to begin their garlic growing journey to attend this workshop being held at the Cooma Community Garden. What the workshop will cover? - when to plant - bed and soil preparation - seed selection - clove preparation - how to plant - plant care during season - fertilising during growth and bulbing - when to harvest - stock rotation Location: Cooma Community Garden Address: Soho Street, Cooma. Next door to St Andrew's Uniting Church (behind the hedge). Cost: $10 per person paid on the day (50% off for paid members of the Cooma Community Garden). Membership to the community garden? Membership is $10 for the garden which includes a $5 laminated planting guide and attendance to all workshops for free or discounted rates.
